Stephen J. Gatto - Chairman

Mike Iuliano
Mr. Iuliano is the Senior Counsel of Camulos Capital LP, which he joined in June, 2007. Prior to joining Camulos Mr. Iuliano was Counsel of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi from November 2006 through May 2007, where he focused on private equity transactions and proprietary trading. From February, 1998 until October, 2006 Mr. Iuliano was Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he represented hedge funds and private equity funds in all aspects of corporate transactions. Mr. Iuliano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Williams Hughes Mulligan Scholarship recipient.
 
Panos Ninios
Dr. Ninios is Managing Director and Principal Analyst, Research for Plainfield Asset Management. Prior to joining Plainfield, Dr. Ninios was from 2000 to 2003 an Executive Director with the Goldman Sachs commodity business (JAron) in London focusing on European Power and Gas markets as well as Distressed Debt Power markets. Dr. Ninios was from 1995 to 1999 an associate and engagement manager, and then from 2003 to 2006 an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co, in the US and Europe serving major European and US energy companies on M&A and commodity risk management issues. From 1994 to 1995, Dr. Ninios was a derivatives analyst at Intercapital Brokers in London. From 1991 to 1994, while working on his doctoral thesis, Dr. Ninios consulted to the UK power sector mostly with Southern Electric PLC. Dr. Ninios holds a Ph.D. in Electric Power Industry Deregulation Economics from the London Business School, an MSc in operations research from the London School of Economics, an MSc in computer science from the University of Dundee, UK, and a B.S. in pure mathematics from the University of Patras, Greece.
 
Neal D. Roy
Mr. Roy is the founder and a managing partner of Clear Creek Capital, LLC. Clear Creek is a private investment firm based in Dallas that is principally focused on private equity investments in the energy industry. Previously, he was a vice president at Reservoir Capital Group, LLC where he was principally responsible for energy related investments. Mr. Roy has been instrumental in the formation of oil and gas companies owned by Reservoir, including AB Resources, which is focused on oil and gas drilling opportunities in the Appalachian Basin, and Kerns Resources, a San Antonio-based E&P company. Mr. Roy serves on the board of directors of AB Resources, Kerns Resources, and Electro-Seise, an oil and gas company with proprietary 3-D microgravity survey technology. Prior to joining Reservoir, he was vice president in the investment research department at Goldman, Sachs & Co, where he ran the Latin America energy and power group. Mr. Roy was previously a senior equity analyst at Indosuez Capital and a buy-side analyst for Merrill Lynch Asset Management. He received an A.B. from Dartmouth College.
 
Steven M. Sisselman
Mr. Sisselman is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Itera USA, Inc.  Itera invests and manages companies in the energy, bioenergy and timber/real estate sectors.  Mr. Sisselman has been with Itera since its inception in 1992.  Prior to Itera, he was Vice-President of Dalon Inc, a petroleum trading company, that traded and developed petroleum markets in the Former Soviet Union. His previous employment was with The Charter Company where he held various executive positions in finance and petroleum trading, including five years in London serving as Treasurer of Charter’s UK division.  Mr. Sisselman serves on the board of directors of both Itera USA and Dune Energy, an American Stock Exchange Company engaged in oil and gas exploration and production in the US Gulf Coast.  He received a BS in Finance and Business Administration from University of Florida.
 
Chris Tewell
For much of his career, Mr. Tewell has been involved in the finance and operation of transportation assets and the development of energy and infrastructure projects. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Tewell was with GATX where he was Chief of Staff and responsible for American Steamship, their Great Lakes shipping company. During that time, Mr. Tewell repositioned the firm in the industry, grew the fleet by 50% and increased profitability by a larger percentage. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Tewell was President and CEO of Triton Container International, the largest container lessor in the world. Before Triton, Mr. Tewell was with GE Capital where he started project finance for Asia and was Acting President of GE Capital Asia Pacific. He also has worked at various financial institutions in leasing and project finance. Mr. Tewell earned an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics with Honors from Trinity College.

R. James Woolsey
Mr. Woolsey is a VP of Booz Allen Hamilton. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Advisory Boards of the Clean Fuels Foundation and the New Uses Council, and Chairman of the Board of Freedom House. He also serves on the National Commission on Energy Policy. During the 12 years he served in the U.S. Government Mr. Woolsey held Presidential appointments in two Democratic and two Republican administrations. He was Director of the CIA from 1993 to 1995.

Robert McFarlane
After a distinguished career of public service culminated in President Ronald Reagan's cabinet as his National Security Advisor, Robert McFarlane founded his own energy development company, Global Energy Investors LLC, sponsoring major international power projects in Brazil, Pakistan, the Philippines, and China. He has also served as a consultant to foreign governments on energy, infrastructure, and privatization policies. Apart from his business activities, Mr. McFarlane remains a respected figure in international affairs. He is frequently called upon to advise the U.S. and other governments, the U.S. Congress, and the news media. Prior to his career in the public sector, Mr. McFarlane saw extensive combat as a Marine Corps officer after graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy. Later he was chosen as an Olmsted Scholar and was awarded a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales in Geneva, Switzerland.
